Ok, first thing first.

Let me say something about resourcing. I encourage all of you to apply, but whether you get it or not, it is up to the trainers to decide. And also, I want to remind everyone that resourcing for a camp is not a gathering with other fellow resources. If you guys want to know who else is resourcing for the up coming camps, you can pop the question here like, how Marc had done it on the tag board. A gentle reminder to everyone: This blog acts as a channel for us to discuss things like gathering and other stuffs. I don't see the need to collaborate as I guess nobody knows who else is resourcing unless those who are resourcing answers your question. It's not an obligation for us(me, chenghao or any other resource) to collaborate the resourcing part. Hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say.

Next thing about the gathering. Since grace can't make it on the 19,20 & 21 and roseann can't make it on the 19 of dec. Can we have it on one of the weekdays? Just a simple BBQ at East Coast Park? Please choose one of the days either the 15, 16, 17 or 18 of dec. If not, just let me know whether these dates are ok for u all. I really hope this is the last time I have to fix the date ya? Cos we need to get the pits and the food and other arrangement. All these takes time. Also, I need everyone to pay a small sum of $$$ for your food and drinks. I haven decide the amount yet but I will keep you all updated. Yup. So, please get back to me asap? Thanks alot! =D

i am in for the chalet idea..coz like that we can have more time together and do more things together..it should be better. It can be for christmas or something..having a chalet definately means MORE FUN..

do you guys fancy a Christmas gathering instead of a normal gathering? Like that we got more things to do. Haha. Could rent a chalet and have bbq instead of going to sentosa. Of course, I'll do my best to source for any available chalet but I'd be very glad if any of you can offer to help me out with it cos I think at this point of time (its already coming to the end of Oct), most chalets would have been taken/fully booked. This is if we are having this Christmas gathering la. Can I fix the gathering on the 20th of Dec? Roseann got performance on the 19th right?

it looks like many people can't make it for the gathering on the 17th of nov. If only a small number of people is going on the 17th of nov, then there's no point right? Gathering is suppose to have lots of people... so, Should we postpone it to December? Give me your opinions.

Ok, concerning the year end outing:
From most of your responses to the outing, I shall finalise the date to be on the 17th Nov 2008? Unless any of you are resourcing for Smartkids workshop(runs from 17/11/08 to 20/11/08), I believe most of you would be free on this date. Everyone fine with this date?

As for the activities, original plan was to have picnic, sports and games there. Hmm, interestingly, according to your tags, table tennis and tennis (I don't think there is any tennis court or tables for tt there) at sentosa? You all joking only right? Haha. For the picnic, I'm just worried that you guys might get hungry after playing. So you all can choose either to bring you own food, or (if I remember correctly), there is a foodcourt at one of the beaches in Sentosa, we can eat there after the activities.

JiaYing will be bringing volleyball.
Joanne Ong bring polo ball.
Who else want to contribute?

Hey all!

Firstly, congrats to the opening of our facebook account. thank you Melvin!
Secondly, after much consideration and some discussion with those of you who I saw during the last oasis class, I have came up with 2 dates. Either 17th or 21st of Nov. Do let me know which day you guys prefer. If attendance is poor, we might have to change the date. I suggest that perhaps everyone can post or tag their available dates(when you can and when you can't) like how Roseann had done in her post? That would be easier for everyone and also for me to finalise a day for the outing.
Thirdly, I have updated the birthdays for Samuel, Roseann and Raeann =D
Lastly, all the best to all your remainng and on-coming papers! Do us and yourselves proud!

Hey how have you been?? My EOY papers are left with maths, E-lit, chinese(2) and DRAMA!! My birthday, as well as Raeann's is on the 7 October!! so sad, my exams end on the 8th. Anyways for the after exams outing, i just want to let you know that me and Raeann will be out of town from the 7nov till 16 nov and will set off for chiang rai on 18 nov till 21 nov..
